To me, Open Palm Coaching represents a symbol of trust, vulnerability, and openness. The image of an open palm signifies a willingness to receive, let go, and to surrender. It’s a reminder that growth and transformation often requires us to receptive, to listen, and trust the process.
In many cultures, the open palm is also a gesture of greeting, respect, and connection. It represents a desire to meet others where they are, without judgement or expectation. This resonates with me deeply with my approach to coaching, where I strive to create a safe, supportive, nonjudgemental space for my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and aspirations.
